Single-Hung windows

These single-hung windows have a clean, classic look that’s appropriate for nearly any home. Each single-hung window features a stationary top sash and a bottom sash that slides vertically.

Standard features

  • Color: White
  • All frames are assembled utilizing fusion-welded technology for added strength and durability
  • Frames come with integral nailing fin that can be easily removed for replacement purposes
  • Reinforced meeting rail
  • Sash is 1-1/4" thick
  • Insulating Low-E glass
  • Finpile weatherstrip applied along full perimeter of operating sash
  • Block and tackle balance system supports the vertical operation of the sash
  • Take-out clips are secured into the interior jamb of the sash pocket and should remain flat for correct operation
  • New MAG-Lock™ one-touch automatic lock
  • Fiberglass Charcoal-color insect screen in an aluminum frame to match the color of the unit
  • DP 35 rated

  • An integral dual-wall flush fin is available for some retrofit applications
  • Simulated divided lites (SDL) available in these widths: 7/8", 1-1/8", 1-3/8" and 2-1/8"
